For reference all of the 850 removed test cases are covered in the Framework repo. The only thing we don't have is coverage over USC filtering, which is also the case in the 3.x code. The extended clean method is completely removed minus the USC filter, as with other test cleanup there's no point in maintaining a second set of tests validating the same behaviors in the same lines of code.
