Summary of Changes
PHPMailer 6.0 is in its release candidate phase. It's a major bump with B/C breaks. We're bumping too; might as well take advantage of the opportunity to make the upgrade early in the process of everything.
Testing Instructions
Mail functions in Joomla continue to work normally.
