Steps to reproduce the issue
Go to the issue tracker and view it in the Arabic language.
Expected result
Proper borders on the table.
Actual result
There is a double border on the left and no border on the right.

This declaration comes from Joomla's RTL Bootstrap LESS file located at media/jui/less/bootstrap-rtl.less. The declaration was added as part of 5b2e434. The entire declaration is unnecessary.

Closing, can't fix, RTL LESS structure is too broken and redoing it "correctly" constitutes B/C breaks.
Maybe this can be done right in 4.0.
