@tomartailored You need to add the mp4 to the allowed extensions in the media manger config as it is not there by default.
i have uploaded the mp4 and tried to view the video but styling was not proper of model box but video was working.

Pretty sure if you check- the styling was fubar before this PR and it is
unrelated
