Steps to reproduce the issue

User logged on backend (administrator) and try to edit some joomla article, created by himself or other users.

Expected result

Edit a joomla article.

Actual result

Cannot edit a joomla article, error returned is "Error. Edit not permitted."

System information (as much as possible)

Joomla 3.6.2
JCEditor 2.5.25
Utilization of access levels, groups and users

Additional comments

After recent updates on Joomla, users (members of a group) cannot edit a joomla article when access site backend (administrator), only in front-end site.
Return is "Error. Edit not permitted.", but the permissions (Create, Edit, Delete, Edit, Edit State, Edit Own) for category was set to Allowed.
