It's an issue with an extension depending on the NoNumber Framework. Not a
core issue at first glance.

Dont get it. It shows once i logged into my administrator backend. It shows
on every page

Please disable all 3party plugins and start with the nonumber once. Btw which developer point you to the core?

Then they dont know what they are talking about.As stated before this is NOT a Joomla issue. You have an extension installed from https://www.regularlabs.com/ and it had not been installed correctly.
