This looks like it has been submitted to the Joomla report instead of a personal one. I am closing this at this time.
If it was to be for inclusion on the core of Joomla then please respond to the question from @bertmert and also note that you should be editing the less file and running generated.php and not editing the CSS file directly. If updated I will reopen this.
