[#11224] - Dropdown of category on the fly not allow to insert category with similar names

Your title here...#### Steps to reproduce the issue
e.g.: I have a category with the name "Category Test", if I try to put just the name "Test" or "Category" the field alway search the similar name. I beliave that be the default behavior of field. The my sugestion is make equal the dropdown field playlist of Youtube.

This is exactly the same issues as with tags - its a limitation of the
javascript library being used. You can of course still create the required
category or tag in their resepective manager screens

I am going to close this at this time as its a limitation of the JS library being used and not fixable without changing the library which cannot be done in J3. It has been changed though in J4
