Issue
When you install a component you see a spinner with a background, only
the height and weight are wrong
Test instructions
install patch
go to installer page. use developer tools, to disable display: none css
property. On #loading

And in installation (install languages) does not have this too.
Multiple success, can be set as RTC @joomla-cms-bot
the "@joomla-cms-bot" are humans :)

@andrepereiradasilva languages doesn't have this code. Also I can't see it on the joomla installer, but that is total new written, so maybe the view is somewhere else
yeah languages doesn not have this particular problem. They are missing the joomla logo on installing a language (or several). But that is another thing i guess,
Joomla update has this exact same problem on "Upload and Install".
