#10145 introduced the correct tooltip for searching in categories in the category manager.
this revealed that you can sort for a category by author name which isnt really appropriate as a category has creator and not an author - plus we never display the name of the creator anywhere so we dont need this and it can be removed.
ideally the code should be removed not just the tooltip string updated ;)
