Summary of Changes
I made changes for running tests with current versions of Selenium Webserver and JoomlaBrowser. And I integrated the during the sprint from Jelle Kok implemented new and easier way to use different web drivers and to start it with PHP.
Testing Instructions
- Replace JoomlaBrowser and Selenium Webserver with the current versions.
- Apply this patch and the dependent patch in JoomlaBrowser (joomla-projects/joomla-browser#127)
- Run all tests with Chrome

Looks fine, Travis system tests all passed. It is failing because of phpcs tests, not sure why needs investigation.
