Summary of Changes
Follow up to #38
Adds shown behaviour to the Group By Subcategories configuration field.
Testing Instructions
After adding this patch the admin configuration field Group By Subcategories will now control the visibility of the Show Group Title, Group Ordering and Group Ordering Direction fields.
