I can create a package but I worry about its efficiency for most users. Right now, there is zero notification in the UI when you're working with the git HEAD when the patches are being pulled in. I really want to fix this (and break that whole process down into smaller requests to avoid potential timeout issues) before creating a new build. My plan is to work on this some over the weekend, we'll see how far it gets.
