[#14] - -1 Destination folder not found, Joomla 3.2 beta 1

Can't install since about a day or so ago (can't locate the exact SHA of working commit if you'd like). I get that error when attempting to install the package. /components/com_patchtester is created, but is empty
The files are there. Any idea what is fubar'd? The error tells me nothing.
I'm happy to fix if I can.
No idea. Guess I'll look later on. I've already done one release today on an empty stomach, time to fuel up ;-)

Not sure what was going on, but it is working fine now with a fresh clone of the master CMS repo.
/components/com_patchtester is supposed to be empty. Now if /administrator/components/com_patchtester is empty, then the panic alarm needs to sound.
