Steps to reproduce the issue
Install a patch that changes the build.xml
Expected result
That file gots ignored
Actual result
We got an error that that file does not exists

The file is here: https://github.com/joomla-extensions/patchtester/blob/master/administrator/components/com_patchtester/PatchTester/Model/PullModel.php
Maybe we can / should add some more files to that ignore array :)
