[#985] - beta4 updates table doesnt exist after default install

Steps to reproduce = install beta4 from zip, login to admin, select Components -> Joomla Update..

Table beta4.za4il_updates doesn't exist SQL=SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM za4il_updates

Notes:

beta4 is the correct db name
za4il_ is the correct prefix

__updates manually confirmed as not existing in the db created.
