Dublicate template styles if other type of extension exists with the same name.

I have added a filter with type=template for the query.

Also affected is the form field templatestyles, see:
joomla/joomla-platform#761

Moved templatestyle form field, from plattform to cms library.

I have reverted the commit to add the templatestyle form field. Because it is handled by the platform repository.
