Surely you already know but I discovered just yesterday the AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) project:

Wordpress is already supporting it at basic level with an official plugin
https://it.wordpress.org/plugins/amp/, Drupal in the core...

Do you think it is worth to have it developed in the Joomla core as an output format in the future (joomla already have a nice architecture for output formats) or better to wait some plugin developer from the community?
