Given the commentary in #8957 the Joomla project has demonstrated that it is incapable of utilizing the Composer library for integration of third party resources, specifically with the mandate that all third party code must be core hacked to meet Joomla requirements. Given this statement, it is proposed that the Joomla project immediately revert all efforts to integrate the Composer library into its application stack.
