Steps to reproduce the issue
in the administrator side add a tag Red
(for example) to all core resources:
article
content category
contact
contact category
banner category
newsfeed
...
....
user note category
on frontend clik on All Front End Views -> All tags item and then click on the Red
tag item
Expected result
A list of tagged items
Actual result
a)
if you add red
tag to a user note category you got a Notice undefinded....
b)
if you add red
tag to a banner category and click on the categy banner item link you got a 500 error

Additional comments
on frontend some taggable type of "resources" are not "linkable"
surely can be done better ....quick & dirty fix

I was not able to reproduce the notice, but the routing error is fixed
