[#8972] - Regression: 3.5.0 Installation with "Send configuration settings" active shows Step 3 page after successful installation

Installed oomla! 3.5.0-beta - Staging 2016-01-23.
Activated options
- Send configuration settings
- Include Passwords in Email
Installation successfully finished (received email, too) but not at page with button "Remove installation folder".
Still page "Step 3" where I could start a new installtion.
This time without option "Include Passwords in Email". Same behavior.
After setting "Send configuration settings" to NO next installation finished as expected (page with remove button)

Looks like the issue comes from

As it resets the session.

I confirm the issue here.
After Setting "Email Configuration" to Yes and then clicking install, Page 3 reloads.
