Test:
Open administrator login with current Firefox.
Field username should get the focus (autofocus="true") but has not.
Apply patch.
Try again.
After patch please test other browsers, too, if they still work like expected!

Tested successfully 
with Firefox, Chrome, Safari on Mac OSX and Firefox, Internet Explorer on Windows Server 2008 (via Remote Desktop).
