Added module config option to limit the number of related items displayed. Defaults to no limit.

- Too much redundant whitespace/enters
- Other code styling issues:
- No space bevore ending '/>' in xml
- No spaces after commas in php code
- Some spaces used for value indentation instead of tabs (line 30)
