This Pull request is a redo of #6444
What this PR does
This RP adds buttons to the bottom of the installation processes.
How to test this PR
- Apply the patch via the patch tester
- remove you're configuration.php
Go to the installation of Joomla!, confirm that the buttons on top of the page are also viable on the bottom of the page. Like this:
Test this patch also with an RTL language. You can do this by select the as language Arabic Unitag. Screenshot of the installation processes with an RTL language:

Thx for testing! I will close this pull request because I made a little mistake. (I forgot to make a new branch for this PR). So I made a new one, but it is not necessary to re-test it, because it will contain the same code.
