[#7896] - Use PHP_INT_MAX for maxLevel all in category view.

This is an adaption of #5469 for the category view.
Testing instructions
- Create a content category with several levels of subcategories.

Create a menu item for the category.
- Type: Category List
- Subcategory Levels: All
Navigate to the menu item in frontend, mind there is no "plus" icon to expand the subcategories.
- Apply this patch.
- There should be a plus icon now to expand the subcategories, like when "Subcategory Levels" is set to a number > 1.

@FPerisa Thank you for your test! Could you please provide more details how you are testing? In my test environment (current staging version), the button shows and works for every level, with the same behavior as when the Subcategory Levels are set to 5.

@designbengel With which menu type did you test this? "List All Categories" or "Category List"? The first one already works, while the latter one doesn't display any plus sign for me when "Subcategory Levels" is set to "All" with current staging.

I made a few subcategories which have subcategories by themselves. The first plus-button worked like expected, but the one for the second subcategory level didn't. So it should be fixed or not shown (like when Subcategory Levels set to > 1).
