- For rtl languages Tahoma is better for font
- jquery choose plugin rtl
- some icomoon fix for rtl languages
- some margin/padding fixes for rtl languages

Also, do not add to original patch in the same PR. Better make multiple trackers. Specially because your PR can't be applied as tis.
