[#6729] - Run the find language if we open the install language view

What this do
- run the find language on the pageload. So we don't need to try the
find languageButton
how to test
- go to BE --> Extensions --> Extensions Manager --> Update
- hit the pruge button (to be sure that the table is clean)
- go to BE --> Extensions --> Extensions Manager --> Install languages
- see that there is nothing
- apply the patch
- go again to BE --> Extensions --> Extensions Manager --> Update
- hit the pruge button again (to be sure that the table is clean)
- go now to BE --> Extensions --> Extensions Manager --> Install languages
- see something like (without clicking the
find languageButton):

Tested it as described above but I see a message: There are no available languages to install at the moment. Please click on the "Find languages" button to check for updates on the Joomla Languages server. You will need an internet connection for this to work.
After find languages I get a list
