in mod_banner's view 'default.php' are 2 problems, if there are "ÄÖÜ" inside the text
how to test
Teststeps:
- create new item in com_banner
- name 'Facebookseite Gesundes Oberösterreich'
- custom text:
<a href="{CLICKLINK}" target="_blank">{NAME}</a> - display the modul which shows the banner on your site
- the problem are the following letters in the german language "äöü" upper- and lower-case. Maybe "ß" also

I use german J3.4 in Austria.
Teststeps:
- create new item in com_banner

I can't reproduce the issue:
Always good to add htmlspecialchars() but I do not see how it could solve the issue described as this deals only with special chars.

Sorry! At the moment i can't reproduce it also. wth ... maybe my hoster did change something in config!
