How to test this patch:

• Mark some articles as featured and add some tags to these articles.
• Create a new menu item that shows featured articles, and with the "Options" setting of the menu item set "Show Tags" to "Show".
• Display the featured articles on the frontend, you will see no tags.
• Then apply the patch.
• Display the featured articles on the frontend, you will see tags.

Patch works great. After applying + configuring the "Options" in Menu "Featured" item for "Show Tags" to "Show",
the tags appear under the article titles.

@test works fine for me, but the position is different when configured the info block shown at top.
In single article view, the tags are displayed below the info block. In featured-view the tags are shown at top of the info block.

Tested the patch and it works, but, indeed, with the side note about the position as stated by n9iels.

@renekreijveld can you have a look into the note by @n9iels so we can move this forward?
