[#6493] - Throw errors from google while generation google maps coordinates

At the moment errors like "You have exceeded your daily request quota for this API." are supressed, so if Google gives us an error, let's throw it.

@test successfull - storing geolocation of more than 2500 adresses stopped generation without warning before the patch - and gave a warning after installing the patch. But lot of work for a warning .... hope you will appreticate this :)

@Hackwar it's a RuntimeException, soif the other RuntimeExceptions in this method are catched, then this too.
