As it is currently, all menu items will have the SEF suffix ".html" even if the format parameter would ask otherwise.
This commit adds the format parameter to the link before it's passed to JRoute, but only if the format parameter is set and SEF suffixes are enabled.
It's a small change to fix a longstanding bug with SEF suffixes.
