Really crude beginnings of a component dispatcher to replace the procedural based component entry point files. With any luck, if the CMS shifts away from JFactory and toward a DI/Services based architecture, this can become more useful.
At the moment, this isn't anything special. Just a simple boot and execute method; boot to check for dependencies and later on register component services and execute to trigger the component (a wrapper around the JControllerLegacy::getInstance()->execute()->redirect(); blob).
