Per the mailing list discussion https://groups.google.com/d/topic/joomla-dev-cms/NYE74Yxm69I/discussion this removes the PSD for blueprint. I can be downloaded by people directly from blueprint's website instead.

This should also be noted, their Wiki lists resources, and has a list of templates for various CMS and framework platforms, however Joomla is not even listed? https://github.com/joshuaclayton/blueprint-css/wiki

I've also removed the PDF cheatsheet and replaced it with a RESOURCES.txt file, like the other documentation files in the src folder for blueprint.
