About my Commit, meta "title" is not supported in the HTML5 validation, now that meta is Obsolete. Nither Google use it for indexing.
As you can see, there are a LOT of commits attached to this PR. You're making a pull request from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3, it can't work that way.
