@waader Hmm, how can you test the process of a fresh installation of Joomla! using the patchtester component in an existing installation?

  • install staging
  • install com_patchtester
  • apply patch
  • delete configuration.php
  • install again

@waader Ah, I see. And how do you manage to log in into the admin area after not having deleted the installation folder? As far as I remember this was not possible at least until 3.3.6.

@richard67 I always install from staging and after installation you can login without deleting the installation folder.

@richard67 the check for the removal of the installation folder is ONLY
present in actual releases

@waader @brianteeman Thanks for the info.

@test Works as described with the title: Before patch, tite meta desctiption text field is resizeable both horizontally and vertically, after patch it is not resizeable at all. I hope I got it right, otherwise someone may have to alter my test result.
