I am not in favor of this change. The manager order is very important as it changes the order of the mod_languages flag (or name) display in frontend.
For anyone needing to administrate Content Languages from a mobile device, it is essential to keep it.

@infograf768 sorry i don't know. So we revert here? I'm hidding it so we have a clean UI on all managers. I don't know exactly that you can use it on a smartphone in generally.

In fact, the issue is more important than I thought and this patch is not at stake.
Looks like we can never reorder stuff in mobile view...

Sorry I'm not 100% sure i understand you correct. If i understand your comment correct it is a generally issue and no issue with this patch? So this patch is ok? Or do we need to add it back?

Yes, this patch is OK.
We need to discuss the functionnalities of mobile views as we can't order stuff in many manager where it is important:
System Plugins
Menu items
Featured articles
Content Languages
etc.
