Steps to reproduce the issue
I install K2 component from JED.
Actual result
I receive an error

When I try to delete a component:

What is the error when usinh the INSERT in phpPgAdmin?
Suspect this is a problem with installing an component and not related to K2, just happened to be the component installed. Request to be reopend.
