currently the error page displayed in the cms does not call onAfterRender so the system plugins never get a chance to do anything before it is rendered, so add a call to onAfterRender before displaying content

Sorry, but this wont work. There are situations where the error page is displayed where no plugins are available. Because of that, we can't run a plugin event here.
