What happened?

1. Update or Delete a category by API
2. Check __assets table

Expected result

• After updating a category via API there is only one entry in __assets table
• After deleting a category via API there should be no entry anymore in __assets table

Actual result

There is only one entry in _assets table if you update a category from backend, but two entries if you update from API.
There is no entry in __assets table if you delete a category from backend, but one entry left if you delete from API.
