[#4871] - [fix] Batch Copy should unpublish items to be consistent

We have to be consistent. Save as Copy unpublishes the items.
After patching, test batch Copy
1. a banner
2. a category
3. a contact
4. an article
5. a newsfeed
6. a weblink // here it is done via the default batchcopy in libraries/legacy/model/admin.php

able to reproduce then #4871 works as expected using batch for
1. a banner
2. a category
3. a contact
4. an article
5. a newsfeed
6. a weblink

==>items are saved "unpublished"
