Summary of Changes
When listing fields and field groups there is a context switcher eg Articles/Categories and Contact/Mail/Category but the label is empty.
A
<label>element must have non-empty descriptive text that identifies the purpose of the interactive component
The similar field found in Menus and Modules has a label
This PR makes sure there is a non-empty label
No idea why the accessibility audit didnt find this one either
