Summary of Changes
The Language::getInstance Method is deprecated.
This PR removes the method and replaces all remaining usages by the new Factory::getContainer()->get(LanguageFactoryInterface::class) ..
Testing Instructions
Best test is on a site with many languages. Play around with installing new languages, and different functions.
