Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Update Joomla core to the latest stable version 6.1.4.
2. Navigate to Content -> Categories and create a category with a language constant as the title (e.g., MOD_MODELS_MAIN_PARENT).
3. Add the translation inside the Arabic and English override INI files (e.g., ar-AA.override.ini and en-GB.override.ini).
4. Display the categories list or categories filter on the frontend or inside custom components layout loader.

Expected result

JRegistry or the core Category Registry should parse the language constant instantly and display the translated string based on the user's active session language.

Actual result

Since version 6.1.4, category registry sanitizes or escapes the raw title code directly before parsing layout string registry, causing the frontend filters and list loaders to display the literal code value (MOD_MODELS_MAIN_PARENT) instead of the translated title.

Note: This language constant method works flawlessly and instantly for Custom Fields and Field Groups titles and values in the exact same environment, indicating a critical regression regression bug in the Core Category Registry engine introduced in this specific release.
