Summary of Changes

Set the default task control field for the User Group and Access Level edit forms to their respective save tasks.

The forms currently add an empty task control field. When the form is submitted using the Enter key, the browser's implicit form submission therefore does not provide a task for Joomla to execute, resulting in the user being redirected without the form being saved. (this is not a problem with other forms as they have multiple fields so the form doesnt submit on enter)

The User Group form now uses group.save as its default task, and the Access Level form uses level.save.

Testing Instructions

Try to create a new user group and a new access level
After entering the title press the enter key

Actual result BEFORE applying this Pull Request

When creating or editing a User Group or Access Level, pressing the Enter key while an input field has focus submits the form without a task value.

The form is therefore not saved and the user is redirected back to the relevant list.

Expected result AFTER applying this Pull Request

Pressing Enter while creating or editing a User Group or Access Level submits the form using the appropriate save task.

User Groups use group.save and Access Levels use level.save, so the form is saved in the same way as when using the toolbar Save action.
