Summary of Changes
Replaces the deprecated spl_object_hash() function with spl_object_id() in PluginHelper.
spl_object_hash() was deprecated in PHP 8.6 and generates a deprecation warning when Joomla loads plugins. Both occurrences in PluginHelper have been updated to use spl_object_id() instead.
spl_object_id() provides the object identifier required by the existing caching logic without triggering the PHP 8.6 deprecation warning.
