  • I read the Generative AI policy and my contribution is either not created with the help of AI or is compatible with the policy and GNU/GPL 2 or later.

Summary of Changes

This PR will:

  • add a tour that highlights new features introduced in Joomla 6.2,
  • remove the autostart tour of the prior release.

Testing Instructions

Download the update package, not the full install as the tour is only available on updates!

It is possible to find the tour in the list of tours at the top of the Joomla dashboard and run it manually.
Make sure you see images when running the tour (on both steps) and when editing the tour (System -> Manage -> Guided tours).

Actual result BEFORE applying this Pull Request

No tour highlighting new features for Joomla 6.2.

Expected result AFTER applying this Pull Request

The What’s New in Joomla 6.2! tour is available and should start automatically when in the dashboard or in the system area.

1, I wouldnt mention the guided tours stability comment. We dont usually say things like that and if we did then we should include every component etc
2. Tinymce can you also include the new readmore button in that section #48236

Where is Components->update ? I dont have anything like that on any of my joomla installs

The link for "View full release notes" is to a general purpose url https://www.joomla.org/announcements.html which will contain lots of different and unrelated information and not to a specific url for this release

It is not common to see the word "gotten" written down.

Adding images and media has gotten easier with the updated picker that now opens the Joomla Media Manager

better to write

Problem is, we don't have the link to the release until a couple days before the release.

The link could be made today - no reason for it to be delayed - better to have a useful link that gives the user the information they are promissed "full release notes" then give them a poor experience of having to wade through beta releases and more to find the information they are promised

I replaced this information with the real path. It was misleading indeed.

Replace style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" with classes d-block mx-auto.

Change the tooltip text for View the full release notes on joomla.org to be consistent with the Help section?
