[#48442] - Menu Item Module Assignment Part Toggle All Does Not Work As Expected

Joomla 6 Admin Panel
- In the Joomla 6 admin panel, open a menu item and click the Module Assignment tab.
- Select any module, then click Menu Assignment.
- Click one of the menu items that has a toggle switch on the right side.
- You will see that the toggle displays a dropdown, but the dropdown does not work.

Expected Behavior
The toggle should display a dropdown menu that allows you to select the sub-menu items.
Previously I had reported that issue for joomla 4 here:

weird - it works when you try to do this via the module manager but not in the modal when you access it via the menu as shown in the video
