Provide a relevant and unique page title to all template pages to ensure purpose is clear.
Steps to reproduce
1. Open the affected frontend user-form and Joomla installation pages.
2. Inspect the browser title and document title for each page or step.
3. Compare each title with the visible heading and current task.
4. Move between form pages or installation steps.
5. Observe a missing, generic, duplicated, or inaccurate page title.

Actual result
When editing a module, the page title is always “Module Settings”, regardless of which module has been selected for editing.
