Please can you merge this because the pre-bui8lt packages for pull requests on the 6.3 branch are currently all named 6.2 and I assume its because of this

Run php ./build/build.php --remote=HEAD --exclude-gzip --exclude-zstd (the --exclude-gzip --exclude-zstd is just to save some time).
Result without this PR (6.3-dev branch):
Packages Joomla_6.2.0-beta2-dev-Development-Full_Package.zip and Joomla_6.2.0-beta2-dev-Development-Update_Package.zip are built.
That's due to the
