What happened?

1. Create a new article and assign a tag to it.
2. Set the article's status to Hidden (Unpublished).
3. Log in as a user with view permissions and navigate to the tag_list page in the frontend.

Hidden (Unpublished) articles are visible in the tag_list for authorized users.

Actual result

The hidden (Unpublished) articles are not displayed in the tag_list at all, even for users who have the required viewing permissions.
